Membership
Membership is open to all women in the Las Vegas area, whether new to the area, a long time resident or even a lifelong resident.
Membership dues entitle participation in all activities, including the monthly luncheon and general meeting; a monthly emailed newsletter; and a member directory.

To provide a social environment for all women in the Las Vegas area to meet people, establish new friendships and become instantly involved in activities of their choice.
Westside Newcomers Club is a non-profit social club, organized for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code.

New Member Coffee and Board of Directors meetings

New Member Coffee meets at the Temple Beth Sholom (click link for directions) starting at 10:00 AM, followed by the monthly business/board meeting that starts at 11:00 AM. Inform the guard that you are attending a WNC meeting. We hope to see you there!

Monthly Luncheon and General Meeting
​
Vegas Golden Gals is a mature senior ladies pompom team aged 55-73 years young. They raise money locally for an organization close to their hearts, the Alzheimer’s Association, while encouraging seniors to stay active and seek a sense of community. They began in February 2022 and have performed in parades, were victorious in taking double gold at the LVNV Senior Olympics, performed at special retirement and birthday celebrations downtown and our own City Hall, raised money and cheered on participants at Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, and of course, participated and raised money for the Alzheimer’s Association event here in Las Vegas. They have many talented gals and have put together a variety show which they perform for many local assisted living facilities. They love to see the smiles on those beautiful faces while they perform! Their motto is to spread joy and sequins wherever they go. When you see their outfits, you will understand!

The Westside Newcomers Club is a non-profit social group whose main goal is to facilitate and coordinate social events that are centered around activities of shared interest for the fun and enjoyment of the members. The organizer and assistant organizers of the group make no claims that they are experts in the programs/activities that they coordinate. Every member who participates in any Club program must evaluate their own skill level and fitness level to determine if they can safely participate and do so solely at their own risk. By signing up for any activity, you represent that you are physically fit to attend and participate in that event and you accept full responsibility for your own health (including any pre-existing conditions), actions, and well-being during any and all activities.
