Hello!
Were
you
looking
for
someone?
Possibly
a
new
friend?
I
assure
you
that
you
have
come
to
the
right
place!
This
web
site
belongs
to
a
womens
club
that
is
dedicated
to
welcoming
prospective
members
new
to
our
area.
There
are
hundreds
of
ladies
waiting
to
meet
you
and
to
share
some
fun
activities.
The
mission
of
the
Westside
Newcomers
Club
(WNC
as
we
call
ourselves)
is
to
provide
a
social
environment
for
newcomers
to
the
Las
Vegas
area
in
which
to
meet
and
establish
new
friendships.
We
welcome
anyone
who
is
very
new
to
our
area.
But
we
also
welcome
those
who
have
lived
here
for
ten
years
or
less
or
have
recently
had
a
life-changing
experience
such
as
the
loss
of
a
spouse,
retirement,
etc.
We
do
this
because
we
know
that
now
is
probably
when
you
need
a
friend
the
most.
If
you
want
to
add
some
quality
time
and
fun
to
your
life,
WNC
offers
over
twenty-five
different
activities
that
are
available
for
your
pleasure.
Consider
such
things
as
Bridge,
Golf,
Mah
Jongg,
Canasta,
Book
Club,
Bowling,
Scrap
Booking,
Travel
Club
and
way
too
many
more
to
mention
here.
We
encourage
you
to
try
any
and
all
that
interest
you
to
find
your
niche.
I
can
promise
that
each
activity
you
try
will
bring
a
prospective
new
friend
to
your
experience.
A
way
to
learn
more
about
your
new
area
is
to
attend
our
monthly
luncheons
which
are
held
at
a
local
venue.
In
addition
to
good
food
and
pleasant
conversation,
each
luncheon
includes
a
pleasurable
program.
Among
our
members
favorites
are
our
holiday
luncheon,
a
fashion
show
and
the
annual
visit
by
the
Mayor
of
Las
Vegas.
There
are
many
programs
that
we
know
will
capture
your
interest
and
leave
you
anticipating
the
next
months
event!
It
is
yet
another
chance
to
meet
some
of
our
WNC
members
who
are
as
anxious
to
meet
you
as
you
are
to
meet
them.
How
do
I
get
started,
did
you
ask?
Its
really
very
simple.
On
the
first
Wednesday
of
each
month
our
Board
of
Directors
meets
to
conduct
WNCs
business.
Following
that
meeting,
at
10:30
a.m.
our
New
Member
Coffee
will
begin.
This
will
present
you
with
the
opportunity
to
meet
many
of
our
members
and
Executive
Officers.
The
Chair
of
each
activity
will
give
a
short
report
to
give
you
a
general
idea
of
what
her
particular
activity
entails.
If
you
decide
to
join
WNC
the
day
you
come
to
the
coffee,
you
will
receive
a
Directory
(full
of
details)
and
a
copy
of
our
current
Newsletter.
Our
monthly
Newsletter
is
our
life-line
to
every
activity
that
is
available.
So
where
do
I

you

and
the
beginning
of
what
could
possibly

As
President
of
WNC,
I
look
forward
to
meeting
you
as
a
new
member
and
hope
to

our

activities
and
